4) Orders, Payments & Taxes

• Prices are listed in CAD unless stated otherwise.

• Payment timing (deposit, milestone payments, or completion payment) may vary based on the service and will be confirmed during booking or invoicing.

If a payment fails or is overdue, we may pause or cancel Services until resolved.

5) Scheduling, Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments and installations are scheduled based on availability. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must notify us as early as possible. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation/no-show fee, especially if resources or inventory were reserved for your job.

6) Product Returns & Refunds

Return and refund eligibility may depend on the product type, condition, and manufacturer policies. Some items (including installed equipment or opened consumables) may not be returnable.

If you believe a product is defective or incorrect, contact us promptly with order details so we can review options.

7) Warranties

Product Warranties

Workmanship

If we provide installation or service work, workmanship coverage (if any) will be communicated at the time of service or invoice. Workmanship coverage does not apply to misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, freezing damage, neglect, or issues caused by factors outside reasonable installation control.

8) Water Quality & System Performance Disclaimer

Water conditions can vary by home and change over time. System recommendations are based on available water test results and typical conditions. Actual results may vary depending on water chemistry, plumbing configuration, pressure, usage, maintenance, and other factors.

9) SMS/MMS Messaging Terms

If you opt in to receive text messages from us, you agree to receive SMS/MMS communications that may include appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, follow-ups, and promotional messages.
